430-9005/5: SUPERB HIGH BUILD, SHARP PORE DEFINITION, PERFECT COVERAGE

Designed for furniture, panels, doors, 430-9005/5 is the acrylic white pigmented basecoat for open pore characterized by superb high build with sharp pore definition. A high build acrylic pigmented basecoat which has been specially developed to produce sharp, clear grain definition while maintaining high build and even coverage properties that are usually a trade-off with each other. The exceptional pore wetting properties of 430-9005/5 ensure a completely sealed surface, even on difficult to coat substrates such as oak.

Application by air spray, airmix, robot, curtain coater. Drying/stacking: 4 hours at 20°C or 1 hour at 60°C for typical 160 g/m² application. Dilution 25-40% with 922-03 as required. Hardener 25% vol 813-01. 430-9005/5 can also be tinted and used as part of a decapé coating system. The high surface quality and even coverage achieved with 430-9005/5 often results in reduced application rates. A very generous pot-life of 12-15 hours also simplifies production planning.
